Shipping costs and delivery schedule
We strive to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. All orders (online or email) will be fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. Our normal processing time is 1-5 business days but we always make an effort to be faster. During busy times, we will do everything that we can to get your order out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
Domestic orders (Sweden)
Service: Regular Post
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days
Cost: Flat rate 30.00 SEK
International orders
Service: Swedish Postal Service International
Estimated delivery time: 5-15 working days
Cost: Flat rate 50.00 SEK
Other: No signature required. No tracking options.
We use the Swedish Postal Service for international orders, as it is the most cost effective option available.
For shipping cost for wholesale customers please read our wholesale policies under the link "wholesale". Wholesale orders cannot be returned for a credit. Items that are received defective can be returned to us to be replaced. Madame Bijoux is also not responsible for missing orders sent via our standard shipping option. If in doubt, please request a courier delivery.
